 "Everest
hostel", established from the year 1992 is a
private hostel affiliated to Shikar Boarding high
School (Everest Academy). This hostel has been established
basically to facilitate the students from outside the valley
to receive the education in a systematic and scientific manner
in S.B.H.S. The hostel has been created with objectives of
providing hygienic and academic environment to the students
from outside. They will be given necessary attention and shall
be encouraged to live by self-help and dignity of labour.
The hostel shall provide the homely atmosphere to its
mates without compromising with discipline and behaviors.
The students will be taught and encouraged to think independently
and act independently under the benign guidance of the superintendent
of the hostel. The Hostel life will be symbolizing liberty
guidance by law, freedom guided by duty and finally the spirit
of live and let live.
